Ingredients
  • 1 butternut squash
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary/dried
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 150g feta cheese the amount is up to you

Directions
  1. Wash the squash
  2. Cut the quash into four pieces lenghways.
  3. Place in a ovenproof dish
  4. Sprinkle the oil on the squash
  5. Sprinkle the rosemary, salt ,pepper
  6. Place in a hot oven roast until soft,
  7. Add the feta and bake for a further ten minutes
  8. Best served warm not hot.
  9. Eats very well with dressed rocket,watercress,
