Ingredients

Grated parmesan cheese shopping list
spices or flavoring, if desired shopping list

How to make it

Place finely grated parmesan cheese on a broiler pan lined with parchment paper
Smooth out the cheese in thin layer, to size you desire
Place broiler pan 6" below preheated broiler
Cook to desired color/texture (5-8 minutes)
Set aside to cool, approximately 5 minutes
Carefully bend paper away from the cheese, and serve, or store for later use

these are great...I tried them last weekend...very tasty and easy, and great with a bottle of beer!!

I love these one of my very favorite things to make. When they are warm, drape them over an overturned coffee cup and let them cool. They make little crispy cups to fill with ?whatever?
