BAKED LOBSTER Recipe
This is a friends recipe.. I don't know from where.. I do know .. It's easy and good.

Ingredients
  • 2 1 1/4 -1 1/2 pound lobsters EACH split and claws cracked.. I have market do this.
  • 1 cup fine crushed ritz crackers
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • Few grains pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon good white wine.. dry
  • 1/2 teaspoon snipped parsley

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 375f
  2. Remove any tomalley(green liver) from lobster, mash and reserve
  3. Place lobsters split site up in a large flat baking pan
  4. In bowl combine crumbs, 1/4 cup of the melter butter, pepper, Worchestershire sauce and wine. Add liver.
  5. Spoon mixture into lobster cavities
  6. Sprinkle exposed meat of lobster with remaining butter
  7. Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes
  8. sprinkle with additional melted butter
  9. I also put melted butter on the side..
  10. I don't like the liver, so I leave it out of mine.
  11. Enjoy !

I have to try this - I seem to have the worst time knowing how to boil lobster so it's not "soggy"...this sounds like I might be able to do it successfully! Another great one, Linda!!
