BAKED LOBSTER

- 2 1 1/4 -1 1/2 pound lobsters EACH split and claws cracked.. I have market do this. shopping list
- 1 cup fine crushed Ritz crackers shopping list
- 1/3 cup melted butter shopping list
- Few grains pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon good white wine.. dry shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon snipped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 375f
- Remove any tomalley(green liver) from lobster, mash and reserve
- Place lobsters split site up in a large flat baking pan
- In bowl combine crumbs, 1/4 cup of the melter butter, pepper, Worchestershire sauce and wine. Add liver.
- Spoon mixture into lobster cavities
- Sprinkle exposed meat of lobster with remaining butter
- Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes
- sprinkle with additional melted butter
- I also put melted butter on the side..
- I don't like the liver, so I leave it out of mine.
