How to make it

  • Melt margarine in large non-stick skillet
  • Add veggies and olives
  • While veggies are sauteing, whip eggs with milk in blender or bullet
  • When onion is translucent, pour eggs into pan and scramble
  • When eggs are almost done add cheese
  • Top each serving with chopped tomato
  • Garnish with sour cream and salsa
