How to make it

  • In food processor pulse together the onions, peppers,mushrooms and parsley until finely minced but not mush.
  • Saute the minced vegtables in 1T. of butter until soft, about 5 minutes.
  • Mix the cornstarch with the milk mix well.
  • Add the milk mixture and cream cheese to the sauted vegetables
  • stir until the cream chesse melts.
  • Add the sour cream, parmesan cheese, tabasco and chopped beef.
  • Mix well to incorporate all of the ingredients.
  • Cook until dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Serve in a small size crock pot to keep warm.
  • I serve it with a variety of good crackers and small bread slices.
  • **You can add as much or little of the veggies as you like. Make it to your own tastes. Same with the tabasco.
