How to make it

  • Toss together cucumber, cilantro, and mint.
  • Squeeze lemon juice and drizzle olive oil on top, and toss.
  • Add crumbled feta and toss.
  • Optional: Cover and pop into the fridge for 15 minutes or so, to cool and let flavors soak in.
  • Seriously, that's it. You're done!
