Combining the wonderful flavors of feta, parmesan, romano, mozzarella and bacon - these stuffed pork chops will leave you stuffed!

Ingredients
  • 4-6 1" boneless natural pork chops
  • 1 pkg (about 1 cup) crumbled natural Feta
  • 1/2 cup grated fresh natural Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated fresh natural Romano
  • 1/4 cup grated fresh natural Parmesan
  • 8-10 slices natural bacon (or turkey bacon) fried and crumbled
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • bread crumbs (plain are fine, here, but feel free to use flavored!)

Directions
  1. Pan fry chops until brown on both sides (about 4 minutes per side). NOTE : Chops will NOT be done in the center!
  2. Cut a slit in the side of the chops to form a stuffing pocket.
  3. Mix cheeses and bacon together in a mixing bowl.
  4. Stuff each chop pocket with mixture, closing with toothpicks.
  5. Lay chops in greased baking dish.
  6. Drop butter in slices between chops.
  7. Brush the tops of chops with egg, and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  8. If any additional mixture is leftover, you can sprinkle on the top of chops, also.
  9. Bake 40-50 minutes or until chops are done to your liking.

I must be stupid or somethin'. I can't seem to find how hot to set the oven. Would it be ok at 350*F?
