	easy finger foods side vegetable appetizer spinach onion eggs herby easy cheap stuffing herbs parmesan cheese garlic

Ingredients

2 packages frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained

1 medium white onion chopped

6 large eggs beaten

1 teaspoon accent seasoning

3/4 cup melted butter

2 cups herb stuffing mix

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon thyme

2 teaspoons garlic salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients and shape into small balls.

Place on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
