How to make it

  • Use a box of Ricearoni of your choice .
  • Get it cooking down. This is your stuffing and its soo good and so easy
  • While the rice a roni is cooking down start seasoing the hens
  • Rub them with olive oilt Thentn take paprika and put enough on to make the hens red don't take your eyes offf the rice
  • When rice is ready and you have seaoned the birds front an back
  • Rice should be ready annd not wet
  • Stuff the hens with the rice
  • Cut up a real sweet potatoe and a real white potato Surround the hens
  • When it all looks great and the oven i s 450 Use a caserole which has a lid
  • Leave the lid off until finished cooking I put it on after around 50 minutes to keep the juices in
  • drape the bacon over the "birds for extra flzavor
  • There you have it
  • I serve this w ith ice cold asparagas and a vinagrette sauce for salad
