Wonderful, wonderful!!

It IS beautiful! And the ingredients are not intimidating at all! I will have to try this! It makes me think of Marie Antoinete style desserts.

OMG...I fealy missed that one..Saved.

Is there anyhting better than a pavlova?I think not!

Yep, It sounds great. I'm gonna try it if I have time. But am I the only one who finds it a little bit ironic that this calorie bomb was dedicated to a ballerina? :D

OK, this was the recipe that made me join this site! A couple days ago we came home from the trip to Boston, MA. Under the impression of great pastries we tasted there I searched the internet, hoping to find something unique. I stumbled upon this picture and recipe. I thought, this looks like a good site, jotted the recipe down and saved the site to favourites. Later I explored the site more and decided to join, but this was the first one I viewed before I was even a member. I didn't realize it was yours, JoyMarie. I just went to find it again to look at the person that posted it, and it was you!

sweet... sweet... sweet

I've been making Pavlova for years...it's an Aussie icon.

Sometimes I use Fruche (frommage fraise) to fill them, as this reduces the fat content and makes them cholesterol free.

Also great to top Pavlova with chocolate dipped strawberries and grated dark chocolate...beautiful!
