This dish is different and always gets compliments about the flavor! Makes a great company dish that is easy and impressive.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
  • Flour
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 3 T. sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup Amaretto
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Directions
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter. Coat the chicken breasts in the flour and saute in the butter, turning until cooked thru. Add the garlic. Remove the chicken to the platter and keep warm. Add the almonds and Amaretto to the skillet and cook for 1 minute. Add the cream and heat. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
