THis dish is super easy and a great addition ot just about any beef or pork main dish!

Ingredients
  • 1 (17 ounce) can cream corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup self rising corn meal

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingrdients. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes! Serve warm!!
