How to make it

  • Combine all dry ingredients
  • Add eggs, Tabasco, green onion, parsley and buttermilk. Mix well
  • Drop about a 1/2 tablespoon of batter into 375ºF deep fat oil.
  • Remove from oil to drain, sprinkle with salt and serve
  • *** If you want to kick it up a little sprinkle with some chili salt available at Mexican markets or in the ethnic section of the grocery store instead of using plain salt.

    These sound great... let me get my stomach pills out! JK... for some reason pepper sauce does not bother me... We're going fishing off the pier at Padre tonight.. so if we catch anything.. I am making these PUPPIES!
