Pumpkin Delight Recipe

Ingredients

1 large can pumpkin pie mix

2/3 cup evaporated milk

2 eggs, beaten

1 box yellow cake mix

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 stick butter, melted

Directions

Make pumpkin pie mix: add 2/3 cup milk and eggs. Stir well.

Place pumpkin pie mix in 9x13 glass dish.

Pour cake mix evenly to cover.

Sprinkle with nuts.

Drizzle with butter.

Place into 350 oven and cook for 50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool.

Enjoy.

A girlfriend of mine made it for our Christmas covered dish thing at work (our branch had about 50 employees). It was a HUGE hit and the first thing to totally disappear.

She gave me the recipe and to my embarrassment, I promptly lost it and was too afraid to ask again. I remember glancing at it and if this isn't it, it's definitely close.
