Pumpkin Delight Recipe

How to make it

  • Make pumpkin pie mix: add 2/3 cup milk and eggs. Stir well.
  • Place pumpkin pie mix in 9x13 glass dish.
  • Pour cake mix evenly to cover.
  • Sprinkle with nuts.
  • Drizzle with butter.
  • Place into 350 oven and cook for 50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool.
  • Enjoy.

    Well, this dish is a crowd pleaser. I work in a group home and the kids there ask me to make it all the time, but I tell them sorry you got to wait until the fall; that's the olny time I make it. With fall right around the corner, it's about time for Pumpkin Delight. Enjoy.

    A girlfriend of mine made it for our Christmas covered dish thing at work (our branch had about 50 employees). It was a HUGE hit and the first thing to totally disappear.

    She gave me the recipe and to my embarrassment, I promptly lost it and was too afraid to ask again. I remember glancing at it and if this isn't it, it's definitely close.
