- 1 1/2 CUPS OF milk shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- celery salt shopping list
- 1 TEASPOON GRATED onion shopping list
- 2 CUPS crab MEAT shopping list
- parsley shopping list
How to make it
- MELT BUTTER
- BLEND IN FLOUR
- ADD MILK, STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL THICK.
- ADD SEASONINGS, ONION AND CRAB MEAT.
- CHILL
- BEFORE SERVING FORM INTO CAKES
- DIP INTO FLOUR
- SPREAD MAYO OVER BOTH SIDES
- THEN DIP INTO CRUMBS
- BROWN IN HOT BUTTER, I USUALLY DEEP FRY QUICKLY

Loved these, simple is best, no competing flavors, just crab. Thanks. My mom made croquettes this way with ground turkey after Thanksgiving and it was our favorite use of leftovers. With crab, it is sublime. Thanks honey. Have a HOPpy weekend.
