Grab Caked were the best
Have traveled all over the country looking for them and the are usually mussy and floury so I sugest you be come a gourmet crab cake makeker throw out the flour and use Italian preadcumbs ver lightly the you have it sweete street from the kicthen od the bet chefs in Maryland
I have travelved all over praiying for a goood cabcake annd I fouldit for a seqason rigjht here in New Orleans a Housron's no less but I am not used to dragging ttthe chf out the kitchen but I had to get the real recipe YOu are close sweet just that flour is wrong
