How to make it

  • Beat eggs and tartar until stiff peak.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • Gently fold in Splenda then nuts. Do not overmix.
  • Drop by teaspoon onto parchment paper.
  • Bake @375 for 10 minutes
