Pecan Meringue Kisses

- 2 egg whites shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar shopping list
- 1/3 Splenda shopping list
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs and tartar until stiff peak.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- Gently fold in Splenda then nuts. Do not overmix.
- Drop by teaspoon onto parchment paper.
- Bake @375 for 10 minutes
