A wonderful, simple Irish soup. Chunky, and full of flavor. Recipe calls for Irish bacon, but panchetta can be used instead.

Yum i had a similer recipe at my best friends house that her nanna made it was gorgeous another hint i would add is have it served with a side of cheese on toast its yummy :)
