Best Belgian Waffles

These wonderful waffles are a favorite at our Tree Top Cottage. Guests love them served with Maple Syrup and fresh Strawberries & Blueberries.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tbls sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoon soda shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Heat your waffle iron til light goes off
- Put mixture by spoonfuls onto waffle iron and spread to the edge if waffle iron
- Close the lid and cook til light goes off
- And enjoy!!!
- This will make four round waffles
- These freeze very well

I love the fact that you don't have to whip egg whites as in most Belgian waffle recipes; the addition of sour cream also adds a nice flavour dimension. Easy AND Delicious. Thank you for this one.
