Bacon Muffins

These are simple to make and taste great, they go good with a bean or vegetable soup or they are great with breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix shopping list
- 2 tablespons sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2/3 cup cold water or milk shopping list
- 6 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled (1/4 cup) or if you like more bacon flavor add more bacon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400.F
- Grease 12 medium muffin cups or use paper baking cups.
- Mix baking mix, sugar, egg and water or milk with fork; beat vigorously 1/2 minute.
- Stir in bacon.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3full.
- Bake 15 minutes. Serve warm

Awwww, Bill was here. God rest his soul. My kid raved about these muffins. She was very happy to nibble this on her way to school. We are a muffin loving family and these were great.
