Deeper Shade Of Brown Brownies Recipe
We love brownies, and have made many recipes. This one is extra delicious, and can be served on dessert plate with whipped cream, shaved chocolate curl. DELISH!

Ingredients
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions
  1. In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate, whisking until smooth
  2. Remove pan from heat
  3. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, whisk until well blended
  4. Whisk in the flour, salt, until just blended
  5. Stir in walnuts
  6. Pour into buttered and floured 8 x 8 square baking pan or dish
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in middle comes out *just a little sticky* with a few crumbs
  8. Be careful not to overbake
  9. Cool completely in pan on wire rack
  10. Chill, then cut in squares (don't have to chill)
  11. If chilled, let them stand at room temperature before serving

Brownies are my favorite and I'm not a big chocolate fan. This recipe looks really easy! Gonna make it as soon as possible.
