- 150g Double Concentrate tomato puree shopping list
- (Original asked for tomato ketchup) shopping list
- 160ml Canola or peanut oil shopping list
- (We used 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil') shopping list
- 160ml red wine vinegar shopping list
- (basalmic vinegar works well too) shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed shopping list
- 2 tbsps of finely chopped onion shopping list
- salt & ground pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Simply assemble everything in a bowl or blender (if you wish). Thoroughly mix together, store in an airtight container - cool in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
- Add some additional tomato juice if the mixture seems too thick.
