Ingredients
  • 150g Double Concentrate Tomato Puree
  • (Original asked for Tomato Ketchup)
  • 160ml Canola or Peanut Oil
  • (We used 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil')
  • 160ml Red Wine Vinegar
  • (basalmic vinegar works well too)
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsps of finely chopped onion
  • Salt & ground pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Simply assemble everything in a bowl or blender (if you wish). Thoroughly mix together, store in an airtight container - cool in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
  2. Add some additional tomato juice if the mixture seems too thick.
