  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 8 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions
  1. Blend ingredients in food processor.
  2. Pour onto heated pan by the 1/4 Cup, cooking 2-3 minutes per side.

This sounds interesting. so what do you eat it with? syrup? fresh fruits? by itself?


Very awesome! If you want to go overboard, add in 20-40grams of hydrolized whey protein!
