Quick  Peach  Cobbler Recipe
This is a down home sweet homey dessert that is simple to prepare and fun to eat.

Ingredients
  • 1 can 29 oz sliced peaches, undrained
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup dairy sour cream

Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine peaches with syrup, cornstarch and cinnamon in large
  3. saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
  4. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  5. Pour into an ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  6. Keep hot in oven while preparing the topping.
  7. Stir remaining ingredients into a soft dough.
  8. Remove casserole dish from oven.
  9. Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto hot peach mixture.
  10. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
  11. Serve warm.

In the second step of the instructions you say to add the syrup, but I don't see syrup in the ingredient list?
Nonetheless this recipe sounds wonderful and simple.
Would be perfect for Thanksgiving, a change from apple pie!
