Quick Peach Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients

1 can 29 oz sliced peaches, undrained

3 tbsp cornstarch

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup Bisquick baking mix

1 tbsp sugar

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup dairy sour cream

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

Combine peaches with syrup, cornstarch and cinnamon in large

saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.

Boil and stir 1 minute.

Pour into an ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Keep hot in oven while preparing the topping.

Stir remaining ingredients into a soft dough.

Remove casserole dish from oven.

Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto hot peach mixture.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.

Serve warm.

In the second step of the instructions you say to add the syrup, but I don't see syrup in the ingredient list?
Nonetheless this recipe sounds wonderful and simple.
Would be perfect for Thanksgiving, a change from apple pie!
