Quick Peach Cobbler

- 1 can 29 oz sliced peaches, undrained shopping list
- 3 tbsp cornstarch shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix shopping list
- 1 tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup dairy sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
- Combine peaches with syrup, cornstarch and cinnamon in large
- saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
- Boil and stir 1 minute.
- Pour into an ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Keep hot in oven while preparing the topping.
- Stir remaining ingredients into a soft dough.
- Remove casserole dish from oven.
- Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto hot peach mixture.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
- Serve warm.

In the second step of the instructions you say to add the syrup, but I don't see syrup in the ingredient list?
Nonetheless this recipe sounds wonderful and simple.
Would be perfect for Thanksgiving, a change from apple pie!asheats in BIG BEAR LAKE loved it
