Baileys and macadamia Nut Pie Recipe

How to make it

  • Cream together eggs, salt, sugar, and butter or margarine. Blend in corn syrup and liqueur. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour filling into pie shell.
  • Bake in a preheated 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until browned. Cool.
  • Makes 1 - 9 inch pie

    lol...thanks guys, it sounds like you are both food crazy like me...Hope you enjoy as much as I do, don't forget to have a glass of baileys we'll preparing the pie, for some reason it tends to taste better!
