How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325F, lightly grease a 23cm loose tart pan.
  • Place all the ingredients a large bowl and beat together till
  • They form dough. Knead the dough lightly.
  • Pat the dough in the pan making sure all side edges are
  • Evenly covered. Using a fork, pierce the entire dough surface.
  • Bake for 40 minutes till firm. Cool
  • Decorate with icing sugar and cocoa powder in stripes
  • Shape using parchment paper stripes cut with scissors.
