Ingredients
  • 175 grams plain flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 150 grams butter, softened
  • 50 dark chocolate finely chopped
  • Decoration:
  • Icing sugar
  • Cocoa powder

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325F, lightly grease a 23cm loose tart pan.
  2. Place all the ingredients a large bowl and beat together till
  3. They form dough. Knead the dough lightly.
  4. Pat the dough in the pan making sure all side edges are
  5. Evenly covered. Using a fork, pierce the entire dough surface.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes till firm. Cool
  7. Decorate with icing sugar and cocoa powder in stripes
  8. Shape using parchment paper stripes cut with scissors.
