Wedding stripy shortcrust

- 175 grams plain flour shopping list
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder shopping list
- 50 grams sugar shopping list
- 150 grams butter, softened shopping list
- 50 dark chocolate finely chopped shopping list
- Decoration: shopping list
- icing sugar shopping list
- cocoa powder shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325F, lightly grease a 23cm loose tart pan.
- Place all the ingredients a large bowl and beat together till
- They form dough. Knead the dough lightly.
- Pat the dough in the pan making sure all side edges are
- Evenly covered. Using a fork, pierce the entire dough surface.
- Bake for 40 minutes till firm. Cool
- Decorate with icing sugar and cocoa powder in stripes
- Shape using parchment paper stripes cut with scissors.
