Honeymoon Chicken Recipe

I made this for my husband before we were married, thus the name. It's so easy and kids love it. I never measured the ingredients so I guesstimated.

Ingredients
- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups honeycomb cereal crushed.(I put them in the blender.)
- Oil for frying
Directions
- Put chicken into a plastic storage bag and pound to 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut chicken into smaller sizes, even nuggets if you like.
- Put flour, eggs, and cereal into 3 seperate bowls.
- Dredge in all 3, flour,egg, then lastly the cereal.
- Heat oil in fry pan.
- Fry chicken pieces. Times according to size.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Enjoy

This looks easy and yummy Will try this never used honeycombs always used breadcrumbs but this has a little sweetness to it will try it out ty for this recipe
