How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • In small bowl stir together butter, mustard and honey then set aside.
  • In another bowl mix together bread crumbs, pecans and parsley.
  • Brush filets lightly with honey mustard mixture and sprinkle top with bread crumb mixture.
  • Bake salmon in preheated oven until it flakes easily with a fork approximately 15 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper then garnish with a wedge of lemon.

    I just got done eating this and I have to tell you it was very good. I wasn't so sure about the chopped pecans, but they weren't too bad. I will have to make this again in the future. Thanks for the great post!
