Dijon Salmon Recipe
This is another tried and true salmon recipe that we all love. I obtained this recipe from a neighbor who loves to grill. This is one of his regular fixings and we always benefit with a generous helping of these when he cooks. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons prepared Dijon mustard
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 4 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 salmon filets
  • 1 lemon for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. In small bowl stir together butter, mustard and honey then set aside.
  3. In another bowl mix together bread crumbs, pecans and parsley.
  4. Brush filets lightly with honey mustard mixture and sprinkle top with bread crumb mixture.
  5. Bake salmon in preheated oven until it flakes easily with a fork approximately 15 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper then garnish with a wedge of lemon.

I think I'm going to try this tonight. Just printed out the recipe and I will let you know what I think.


I just got done eating this and I have to tell you it was very good. I wasn't so sure about the chopped pecans, but they weren't too bad. I will have to make this again in the future. Thanks for the great post!
