Dijon Salmon

- 1/4 cup butter melted shopping list
- 3 tablespoons prepared Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans shopping list
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 4 salmon filets shopping list
- 1 lemon for garnish shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400.
- In small bowl stir together butter, mustard and honey then set aside.
- In another bowl mix together bread crumbs, pecans and parsley.
- Brush filets lightly with honey mustard mixture and sprinkle top with bread crumb mixture.
- Bake salmon in preheated oven until it flakes easily with a fork approximately 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper then garnish with a wedge of lemon.
