Spicy Stuffed Pepper Soup

- 1 pound spicy italian sausage shopping list
- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 2 28 oz. cans tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 can ro-tel tomatoes; mild or spicy shopping list
- 2 cups cooked rice shopping list
- 2 cups green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 2 beef bouillon cubes shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 14 ounces water (more if still too thick) shopping list
How to make it
- In Dutch oven, brown ground beef & sausage, drain.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer until peppers are tender about 35-40 minutes.
