How to make it

  • Heat 1 tblsp oil in large saucepan on medium.Cook corn for 3 mins, until tender remove.
  • Heat remaining oil in same pan on low.Add onion,cadramon.cinnamon stick,garlic and chilli.cook 15mins stirring until tender and caramelised
  • Stir through turmeric mushrooms, corn and 1/2 cup water. Cook on med heat 4 to 7 mins until mushies are tender.srason add coriander and lemon juice Serve With baked spicy chiken beef kofta pappadums and cardamom pudding all recipes to follow
