Turmeric Mushrooms and Corn

- 1/40cup [60ml] vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 corn cobs,remove kernels shopping list
- 2 onions chopped shopping list
- 2 cardamom pods shopping list
- 1 cinnamon stick shopping list
- 1 small birds eye chilli finely choped shopping list
- 1 tsp ground turmeric shopping list
- 500g button mushrooms shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander shopping list
- 1 tblsp lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Heat 1 tblsp oil in large saucepan on medium.Cook corn for 3 mins, until tender remove.
- Heat remaining oil in same pan on low.Add onion,cadramon.cinnamon stick,garlic and chilli.cook 15mins stirring until tender and caramelised
- Stir through turmeric mushrooms, corn and 1/2 cup water. Cook on med heat 4 to 7 mins until mushies are tender.srason add coriander and lemon juice Serve With baked spicy chiken beef kofta pappadums and cardamom pudding all recipes to follow
