Ingredients
  • 1/3cup[80mls] vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1tsp ground chilli
  • 1tsp ground allspice
  • 1tsp garam masala
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1tblsp grated ginger
  • 1tblsp lemon juice
  • 8 skinless chicken drum sticks
  • staemed rice samblals pappadums to serve

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 190c Line baking dish with foil and brush with a little vegie oil.
  2. In a large shallow bowl combine spices ,garlic,ginger and lemon juice. Add drum sticks marinade for 15mins
  3. Arrange drum stiks on baking dish drizzel with remaining oil bake 30mins serve with rice and pappadums
