How to make it

  • preheat oven to 190c Line baking dish with foil and brush with a little vegie oil.
  • In a large shallow bowl combine spices ,garlic,ginger and lemon juice. Add drum sticks marinade for 15mins
  • Arrange drum stiks on baking dish drizzel with remaining oil bake 30mins serve with rice and pappadums
