How to make it

  • Melt the butter over medium heat in a frying pan.
  • Add seasonings and spices.
  • Stir well.
  • Add mac nuts and stir to coat the nuts.
  • Saute for five minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Pour nuts out over paper towels to drain and dry.
  • Let cool and serve or store in air-tight jars/plasticware
