Black Bottom Cupcakes

These don't need frosting!
Ingredients
- 8-oz cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/8 tsp salt shopping list
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate bits shopping list
- 1 and 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup cocoa shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/3 cup oil shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Soften cream cheese and add sugar, egg and salt.Mix well with beater. Stir in chocolate bits.
- In seperate bowl, combine all other ingredients.
- Fill greased or lined muffin tins 1/2 full with chocolate mixture. Drop large teaspoons of cream cheese mixture in center of each cupcake.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
