Ingredients
  • 3 ounces lemon gelatin
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Red food coloring or color of your choice (you have to make a few red veins!)

Directions
  1. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup water in a double boiler.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir to melt.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add pineapple juice and cream cheese.
  5. Beat until well-blended.
  6. Cool slightly.
  7. Fold in whipped cream and mayonnaise.
  8. Chill until firm.
  9. Using a melonballer, scoop into balls.
  10. Use red food coloring to paint on blood-shot lines or another color to make a pupil. .. spooky, yes?

That is an awesome picture of the eyes. They definately look spooky. Will have to keep in mind for next year at Halloween.
