How to make it
- Roll wafers into very fine crumbs.
- Mix with 10X sugar & cocoa.
- Add nuts, syrup & rum;
- stir until blended & stiff.
- Shape into 1 " balls.
- Let stand 1 Hour.
- Roll in 10X sugar and stick a nut in the top of each.
- Store in a tightly covered container 3 days.
