How to make it

    Ohhhhh I live for pumpkin foods and drinks. And pumpkin is so good for you. You're right about it being a super food as I just heard that on TV the other day! I have to try this! So off to the market I go for some canned pumpkin! Thanks, friend!

    Ice cream will work great with this if you're in the mood for a pumpkin shake. I wish I hadn't typed that as now I want one! Talk about a great shake made with a super food like the pumpkin!

    Thank you for sharing. I have had pumpkin pie, bread, cookies, cake, muffins..but never smoothies! I think this looks good! I will give it a try soon. And I will be the one to add a lot of whipped cream on top!
