Pumpkin Smoothies

- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk or vanilla yogurt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg shopping list
- 2 tsp. brown sugar shopping list
- 4 ice cubes shopping list
How to make it
- Combine ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour the smoothies into small glasses (this drink is rich) and garnish each with a dollop of vanilla yogurt or whipped topping.
- For a fun touch, add another pinch of cinnamon.

Ohhhhh I live for pumpkin foods and drinks. And pumpkin is so good for you. You're right about it being a super food as I just heard that on TV the other day! I have to try this! So off to the market I go for some canned pumpkin! Thanks, friend!
