Margarita Cake

- 1 (18.25 ounce) package shopping list
- orange cake mix shopping list
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant shopping list
- vanilla pudding mix shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2/3 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup tequila shopping list
- 2 tablespoons triple sec liqueur shopping list
- 2 cup confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoon tequila shopping list
- 4 tablespoons triple sec liqueur shopping list
- 4 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water, lemon juice 1/4 cup tequila and 2 tablespoons triple sec. Beat for 2 minutes.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove to rack. Poke holes around the top of the cake. (so that the glaze soaks into it)
- To make the glaze: In a small bowl, combine confectioners' sugar with 2 tablespoon tequila, 4 tablespoons triple sec and 4 tablespoons lime juice. Mix until smooth. Pour the glaze over the cake. For best results, let it soak in before serving!
