How to make it

  • Cook both pastas in 4-quart saucepan according to package directions. Drain; set aside.
  • Melt butter in same pan until sizzling; add garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until tender (2 to 3 minutes). Stir in whipping cream, parsley, peas and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through (4 to 5 minutes).
  • Stir in cooked fettuccine, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese and ham. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through and cheese is melted (4 to 6 minutes). Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
