Green White Fettuccine

- 4 ounces uncooked dried fettuccine shopping list
- 4 ounces uncooked dried spinach fettuccine shopping list
- 1/2 cup LAND O LAKES® butter shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic shopping list
- 1 cup LAND O LAKES® heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen peas, thawed shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 8 ounces cooked ham, cut into julienne strips shopping list
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook both pastas in 4-quart saucepan according to package directions. Drain; set aside.
- Melt butter in same pan until sizzling; add garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until tender (2 to 3 minutes). Stir in whipping cream, parsley, peas and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through (4 to 5 minutes).
- Stir in cooked fettuccine, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese and ham. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through and cheese is melted (4 to 6 minutes). Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
