Ingredients
  • 4 ounces uncooked dried fettuccine
  • 4 ounces uncooked dried spinach fettuccine
  • 1/2 cup LAND O LAKESĀ® Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
  • 1 cup LAND O LAKESĀ® Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces cooked ham, cut into julienne strips
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Cook both pastas in 4-quart saucepan according to package directions. Drain; set aside.
  2. Melt butter in same pan until sizzling; add garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until tender (2 to 3 minutes). Stir in whipping cream, parsley, peas and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through (4 to 5 minutes).
  3. Stir in cooked fettuccine, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese and ham. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through and cheese is melted (4 to 6 minutes). Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
