I loved this recipe.
I didn't have apples so I used applesauce instead. I got a sliver out of the 2 loaves that I did make. My family and friends devoured them. And they all hate the vegan foods that I cook.
I didn't even tell them it was vegan. ;)

Credit where credit is due... I'm sure it is just an oversight, but this recipe is obviously 'adapted' from The Post Punk Kitchen's Banana Bread recipe by Isa Chandra Moskowitz. It is identical except for the chopped apple.
