Collard Greens with Neckbones

- 1 lb pork neckbones (smoked) shopping list
- 2 bunches collard greens shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon bacon drippings shopping list
- dash red pepper sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Par boil neck bones til tender in a large sauce pan
- remove from broth
- While neck bones are simmering,clean and prepare collards,by washing ,stemming and cutting them up.
- Add greens to broth
- Cook on low heat until tender.add bacon drippings,red pepper sauce .Season to taste with salt and pepper.
