Ingredients

How to make it

  • On large platter, lay sliced mozzarella down center.
  • Place tomato wedges on one side of platter and alternating red and yellow roasted pepper slices on the other side.
  • Mix together olive oil, garlic and oregano and drizzle over entire platter.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh basil and fresh basil leaves

    I love this type of salad. If this is what it meant to "eat a salad" I could down a bucket of this! Kidding!
    The Pomodoro restaurant in Huntingon Beach at the Bella Terra serves a good one of these and also The Corner Bakery has a great sandwich based on these ingredients. It is vegetarian and is one of my favorites.
