Anyone that loves an old fashion pork roast, will love this sauce on the side!

Ingredients
  • 4 large green apples,peeled and cored
  • 30g butter
  • 1/4 c white sugar
  • 2 tsp ground lemon rind
  • 1/4 c water

Directions
  1. place apples,butter,sugar,lemon rind and water in a heavy based pan....cook over a low heat,stirring frequently,until apples become soft and pulpy...serve sauce warm with pork roast...
