Hot Chilli Cauliflower

this recipe will spice up any dish!
Ingredients
- Cut 1 small cauliflower into florets...steam or microwave until just tender. shopping list
- mix together 45g melted butter,1 Tbsp tomato paste,2 Tbsp chopped fresh corriander and 1/4 tsp chilli powderin a large bowl...toss through cauliflower... shopping list
How to make it
- serve hot! Enjoy.

can't do that much butter, but wow! --- what great flavor, and the cauliflower can take it.

This is very good. Cauliflower needs help in order to be palatable. This is a good dress up!
Coriander is a wonderful flavor and the chili powder is a staple in my kitchen.
