Ingredients
  • Cut 1 small cauliflower into florets...steam or microwave until just tender.
  • mix together 45g melted butter,1 Tbsp tomato paste,2 Tbsp chopped fresh corriander and 1/4 tsp chilli powderin a large bowl...toss through cauliflower...

Directions
  1. serve hot! Enjoy.

Coriander is a wonderful flavor and the chili powder is a staple in my kitchen.
