How to make it

  • Cook bacon in frying pan until crisp. Add butter, leeks and zucchini, cook 5 minutes or until leeks are tender. Remove from pan.
  • Heat oil in the pan, add chicken gradually, cook over high heat until lightly browned all over, all to bacon mixture with cheese sauce, mix well. Place in shallow ovenproof dish, top with potatoes. Brush with extra melted butter, sprinkle with cheese, bake at 190°C for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cheese sauce: Melt butter in saucepan, add garlic, stock cube and flour, cook 1 minute, stirring. Gradually stir in milk, stir until sauce boils and thickens, add cheeses, stir until melted.
