You can use this sauce as a dip for fresh bread and raw vegetables, or as a sauce for cold meats like veal or pork!

Ingredients
  • 105g walnut halves
  • 4 cloves garlic,peeled
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 1/3 c white wine vinegar

Directions
  1. place walnuts on baking tray,bake at 180.c for 5 mins..and allow to cool.
  2. place walnuts and garlic in a food processor,and process until finely ground.
  3. add oil in a slow stream until thick and creamy, add vinegar and salt to taste.
  4. place in a small clean jar, cover with a thin layer of oil, store in the fridge,pour away oil before using.
