How to make it

  • place walnuts on baking tray,bake at 180.c for 5 mins..and allow to cool.
  • place walnuts and garlic in a food processor,and process until finely ground.
  • add oil in a slow stream until thick and creamy, add vinegar and salt to taste.
  • place in a small clean jar, cover with a thin layer of oil, store in the fridge,pour away oil before using.
