Walnut and Garlic Sauce

- 105g walnut halves shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic,peeled shopping list
- 2 cups olive oil shopping list
- 1/3 c white wine vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- place walnuts on baking tray,bake at 180.c for 5 mins..and allow to cool.
- place walnuts and garlic in a food processor,and process until finely ground.
- add oil in a slow stream until thick and creamy, add vinegar and salt to taste.
- place in a small clean jar, cover with a thin layer of oil, store in the fridge,pour away oil before using.
