How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Cream butter and sugar
  • Add eggs
  • Add coconut
  • Sift dry ingredients and add to batter
  • Fold in Wheaties and vanilla
  • Bake for 9 minutes
  • Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute and remove to cooling rack
