Pistachio Cake

- 1 package yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 package pistachio pudding shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup club soda shopping list
- 1 cup oil shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- 1 package pistachio pudding shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups very cold milk shopping list
- 1 envelope Dream Whip shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all cake ingredients together, blend at medium speed for 2 mins.
- Put in greased & floured bundt pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn onto a plate and cool completely.
- Blend all frosting ingredients and beat until thickened ~ about 5 minutes (works best if you put the bowl & beaters in the freezer for a while before putting the ingredients in).
- Cut cake into 2 layers.
- Put frosting between 2 layers - reassemble and frost entire cake.
- Keep refridgerated
