How to make it

  • Using a liquidizer/juicer just throw everything into it making sure that you:
  • Pour in the juice first and slice the bananas.
  • This is so simple but so good.
  • If you can help us to improve it, we'd be forever grateful.
  • Give us your feedback.

That DOES sound so refreshing! Thanks for your hard work in cloning this one - I've never had the original, but this one sure sounds good to me!!

Thank you Rosemary. You can freeze bananas? I never knew. Good advice that we shall follow. We'll try your variations too - thanks

I love smoothies, and this does sound great! I have frozen bananas (peeled) and used with the frozen strawberries and a scoop of yogurt, and then apple juice. I put everything frozen into the blender except the juice and yogurt. I believe the Cran-Raspberry juice and the sherbert is an excellent choice! Thanks! :)

Full name of our smoothie is 'Good Feelin' To Know' with apologies to 'Poco' for the appropriation!
