Ingredients
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 1/2 cup bisquick
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 small onion, minced

Directions
  1. Mix all of the above ingredients together and drop by tablespoons
  2. on hot buttered frying pan (cooking oil can be used)
  3. Brown on both sides
  4. Serve with sour cream
