Tex Mex Recipe

This is a very quick dinner recipe from my Mexican sis in law, yet with similar speed you can use fresh ingredients! (in stead of Tex Mex stuff)
Ingredients
- 500 gr minced beef shopping list
- 100 ml (3 1/2 fluid ounce) beer shopping list
- 3 tablespoon corn cooking oil shopping list
- 1 taco dinner kit or: shopping list
- -3 tomatoes, diced shopping list
- -chilies to taste (jalapeno) shopping list
- -juice of half a fresh lime shopping list
- -3 cloves garlic shopping list
- -1 red onion, sliced shopping list
- -1 teaspoon cummin shopping list
- -1 teaspoon red parika powder shopping list
- -salt shopping list
- -1 teaspoon brown sugar shopping list
- -1 tablespoon tomatopuree shopping list
How to make it
- Fry onions and beef in oil
- Add all other ingredients and let cook for 20 minutes
- Meanwhile heat tacos in oven (any kind of tortilla or "pita bread" can do)
- Fill tacos with the cooked meat, some extra salad and fresh tomato, adding lime and any hot salsa to taste
