Pecan Brandy Balls Recipe
An easy mix to fix! One of those holiday classics. Good ole Brandy Balls. One good thing, if you put enough brandy in them they will keep until summer....

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar, sifted
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped fine

Directions
  1. Cream together butter, sugar, salt until fluffy.
  2. Stir in brandy and vanilla, stir in nuts and flour. Mix well.
  3. Shape mixture into 3/4 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes until lightly browned. .
  4. Roll in confectioners sugar and serve or store in airtight container.
